How to package IBO hollow bars

The raw steel material price has gone up near this year-end, most IBO hollow bar manufacturers decided to extend the delivery time.

Thanks to ONTON’s stocking schedule, all orders can be delivered on time.

Among the shipped anchor cargoes in November, there is a new client from foreign country. Since this is the first time they import IBO drilling anchors, they worried about the anchor bars and drill accessories might be damaged while the shipping. So we took some photos while packing. Now you can see this case which illustrate how IBO hollow bars are packaged.

Ocean shipping is long time and the environment is wet. Although all ONTON self-drilling anchor hollow bars are coated with anti-rust oil, we design two layers packaging to avoid unexpected conditions happen.

In the other hand, drilling accessories such as bits, couplers, nuts and spacers are also double packed.

The inner cartons are carefully classified by contained accessory type and amounts. Then they are packaged into a customized export wooden case. According to your requirements, all the goods packages can be marked with silk-screen advertisement, logo or other marks.
